Maybe it was the endless triangle jam sandwiches that I got for school lunch every day that makes me want to give my son: star cucumber slices, galaxy popcorn, and planet pumpkin fritters. But, maybe, just maybe it’s my passion for innovation, productivity, fulfilment and fun in everything I do.
It wasn’t always like this though, a few years ago I found myself working my way up the corporate ladder for a large national company.

Everything was WAY out of control. Life was happening to me and it should have been the other way around. And so I started reading every book I could find about how successful people manage to “do it all” and still look like were a little bit sane. And do you know what I found? There are some rather clever people out there, with some rather simple and actionable tricks to get it all done with a smile. And they work!
In a few years I was able to bring back a life-work balance (yes, in that order). But I also realised that it wasn’t just me who was struggling. There are millions of working people around the world who need help.
And you don’t need to go through years of reading books, studying and finding the strategies that work.
In fact you should! Our mindset is closely linked to our productivity and results.
And as an executive coach, MBA graduate and author, I’ve created a unique approach in blending innovation, productivity and mindset strategies to give busy professionals effective ways to have less stress and more success.
My aim is to make everything practical, to take abstract concepts and turn them into tools that will empower you to take action.
